Therapy & Coaching services are provided through private pay and several insurance options. Payment in full must be received prior to services being rendered.

Monthly Plan Details:
Plans are automatically billed monthly and payment is due before the first session of the month.
Sessions can be scheduled anytime within the month. Sessions do not roll over to the next month, if unused. Clients have had the option to use the Client Portal and Messaging throughout the month and partial refunds cannot be given.
Clients have the option to cancel the monthly renewal plan at any time. If payment has been received and a client no longer wishes to continue, clients have the option to put their remaining sessions on hold to use at a later date for up to one year or donate their session(s) to another client. However, no refunds will be given once the month has begun.

Initial or One Time Online Therapy Session
$100/per session
This is a private, online therapy session that can be used as a way to pay as you go as you need sessions, get refreshment and support as part of your mental health maintenance plan, or to just check out what therapy together would look like. These sessions are an hour to an hour and 15 minutes of time together.
Monthly Online Therapy Sessions
$80/per mo
Subscribing to the 1 session per month, monthly payment plan option gives you a 45 minute therapy session once a month, along with access to the Client Portal and the direct Messaging feature. This plan is only available after a therapeutic relationship has been established.
2 Online Therapy Sessions Per Month
$125/per mo
Subscribing to the 2 sessions per month, monthly payment plan option gives you a 45 minute therapy session twice within a month, along with access to the Client Portal and the direct Messaging feature. This plan is only available after a therapeutic relationship has been established.
4 Online Therapy Sessions Per Month
$245/per mo
Subscribing to the 4 sessions per month, monthly payment plan option gives you a 45 minute therapy session once a week or 4 total sessions within a month, along with access to the Client Portal and the direct Messaging feature. This plan is only available after a therapeutic relationship has been established.

$100/per session
This is a private, online Life Coach session that can be used as a way to pay as you go as you need sessions, get refreshment and encouragement as part of your coaching plan. These sessions are an hour to an hour and 15 minutes of time together.

$80/per mo
