Therapy services are available through private pay and several insurance options.

Private pay payments must be received in full prior to services being rendered.

The Information Form and the Informed Consent Form must be completed prior to our first session.

Online Therapy or Life Coach Session
$100/per session
This is a private, online therapy session that can be used as a way to pay as you go as you need sessions, get refreshment and support as part of your mental health maintenance plan, or to just check out what therapy or life coaching together would look like. These sessions are 45 minutes to 55 minutes of time together.
